Official opening of new Zanasi Group production hub at via Cesare Perdisa

On 5 January 2022, Zanasi Group opened a new production hub in Maranello at via Cesare Perdisa. An important expansion for the group, the 30,000 m2 site  comprises 11,000 m2 of indoor space. This is a significant step forward for the Group’s continued growth and its commitment to the automotive industry.

The new hub forms the core of the Group’s operations and is strategically organised into five separate areas, each one playing a key role in the company’s production process. With the introduction of these specialist areas, Zanasi Group is set to further enhance the quality of its services and products, more than meeting customers’ expectations  for performance, safety,  and design every day. Within these new areas, Zanasi Group’s passion for engines results in the creation, on a daily basis, of masterpieces of craftsmanship and design.

The five production areas in the new hub

The first two areas are conceived and designed with special focus on car restoration and finishing, applying  a highly efficient process.

The constant attention to detail and advanced expertise employed in these stages are reflected in every single vehicle that leaves the production lines; not only do they reflect the stringent quality standards adopted within the group’s production process, but every car is ready to respond to any challenge it may encounter on the road, effectively and reliably.

The third area is dedicated to customisation of the passenger compartment. In this sector, our team create superlative interiors that are perfectly in line with customers’ tastes and preferences. A profound understanding of the materials, paired with painstaking attention to detail, ensures we offer customers an unparalleled level of customisation.

Inside the fourth area, known as “Atèlier Zanasi“, our master craftsmen give life to one-of-a-kind creations, using their expertise and a vast array of equipment, leather, and fabrics that represent the pinnacle of elegance and refinement. In addition to leather and Alcantara, which are traditional choices in high-end automotive design, cashmere and innovative materials from the aerospace industry have also been introduced in some cases.

All this translates into the delivery of unique shades only achievable with the chosen material or colours customised according to customer specifications. Carbon and ultra-light alloys  are also combined to build a harmonious design that balances lightness, resistance, comfort, and elegance.

Finally, coming to the last area in the production hub, let’s find out  about the division dedicated to the logistics of the cars. In this area, the transportation of each car to its final destination is handled with care and precision. All our work is grounded in accuracy and efficiency, which ensures all Zanasi Group’s customers receive their new or restored car within competitive turnaround times.

The opening of Zanasi Group’s new production hub represents a crucial milestone in the group’s evolution. This new facility will enable a leap in quality in research and in the ability to offer customers increasingly high-performance, innovative services that are tailored to their needs.
