On 8 June 2023, the Zanasi Group was certified as compliant with ISO 9001:2015, an international standard that sets out requirements for quality management systems (QMS). This is a natural corollary of a process of continuous improvement concentrating on enhancing the quality of the services offered by the group to its prestigious customers. The certifications were issued by the independent certification body DNV.

As Assunta Fontana (head of the quality team at Zanasi Group) stated:

 “In the automotive world and in the bodywork industry in particular, the quality of the services offered is a key factor for success. The certification process of the Zanasi Group began at the end of 2019, was consolidated in 2022, and reached completion in 2023. This certification demonstrates the level of our services and consequently communicates  to customers that we have a structured system which is in line with certain standards. ISO 9001:2015 certification strengthens the credibility that the Zanasi Group has built through its over 60 years operating  in the automotive industry, in the bodywork  field. Because of this, I am extremely proud to have contributed, together with my team, to putting  this system into practice and helping the company achieve this milestone”.
