The Balaton leg of the Ferrari Challenge was packed with emotions and dramatic twists throughout the race weekend, with determined drivers and teams giving it their all to win.
In the hospitality section, near the pit area, Zanasi was showcasing the various attributes of the members of its group through a range of installations, including video displays. Throughout the weekend, guests were offered presentations from Carrozzeria Zanasi, SIM Maranello, SCP (rapid prototyping), TURN (wrapping and detailing), Peluso Automotive (carriers), MOTOR SERVICE and Atelier Zanasi.

Trofeo Pirelli Am, Race 2: triumph for Marco Zanasi
The Trofeo Pirelli Am was a great race for Marco Zanasi, who capitalised on Claus Zibrandtsen’s (Formula Racing) early exit into the gravel to secure the victory. Completing the podium trio was Hendrik Viol (Scuderia Praha Racing), who recorded the best time in his class, and Andrew Morrow (Charles Hurst), who won on Day 1. At the head of the overall standings, Viol was just two points ahead of Zanasi and 16 points over Morrow.
Waiting for Jerez
The Ferrari Challenge weekend at Balaton ended with significant successes for drivers and teams alike. CDP in particular celebrated two victories in Race 2, confirming their excellent form. Moving on to the next round of the championship, all eyes will be soon be on the Spanish circuit of Jerez from 20 to 23 June. In the meantime, all we can do is imagine the thrills and twists ahead in what promises to be another exciting event in the Ferrari Challenge, Europe, Trofeo Pirelli class.
