We invite you to indicate in your CV only information relevant to the position for which you intend to apply, and which is not of a strictly personal and private nature.
Data processed
The data processed are identification data such as name and surname, contact data such as personal e-mails and any other information contained in the Curriculum Vitae. This includes information relating to: educational qualifications, professional experience, skills, abilities and competences that are necessary for the role you have applied or for the potential role we will propose to you.
The data controller may also process special categories of personal data pursuant to Art. 9 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (e.g. belonging of a protected category) related to your person for the purposes strictly necessary for the selection and possible recruitment if it is essential for the procedure itself.
Purpose of processing
Your data will be processed to perform recruitment activities. The processing is necessary in order to reply to your application or to offer you, at a later time, a new application if your profile is appropriate to our needs.
Nature of the provision and legal basis of processing
The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 letter b) of the GDPR. The legal basis for the processing of the special categories of personal data is Article 9 letter b) of the GDPR processing is necessary for the purposes of carrying out the obligations and exercising specific rights of the controller or of the data subject in the field of employment and social security and social protection law in so far as it is authorised by Union or Member State law or a collective agreement pursuant to Member State law providing for appropriate safeguards for the fundamental rights and the interests of the data subject.
Processing modalities
The data processing is carried out through digital procedures or telematic means and in paper form by internal or external subjects, specifically appointed, authorised, and committed to confidentiality. The data are processed and stored with instruments that guarantee security, integrity, and confidentiality through the adoption of appropriate measures as required by law.
Data retention periods
Data will be stored in a form that allows identification of the data subject for two years from the submission of the contact request to the data controller.
Communication, disclosure, transfer
Data collected will not be disclosed, sold, or exchanged with third parties without the express consent of the data subject, except for any communications to authorised third parties – committed to confidentiality or appointed as data processors in compliance with Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. In addition, data may be communicated to the competent authorities, in accordance with the law.
Personal data shall not be transferred to third countries outside the EU.
Rights of the data subjects
Data subjects, at any time, have the right to access their personal data, to ask for them to be corrected, updated, and erased. It is also possible to object to the processing of personal data and request its limitation.
